| Key Purpose of role – This is a key role in helping to further grow and develop the business to meet our strategic goals. |
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities in sustainable infrastructure
- Build and nurture client and industry relationships, representing us at events and exhibitions
- Lead bid submissions, proposals, and marketing initiatives to showcase our expertise
- Collaborate with directors and engineers to align business development with delivery capability

- Proven experience in business development within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, or construction
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for sustainable infrastructure
