Key Purpose of role
This is a key role in helping to further grow and develop the business to meet our strategic goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Research market trends and identify new opportunities in sustainable infrastructure
  • Build and nurture client and industry relationships, representing us at events and exhibitions
  • Lead bid submissions, proposals, and marketing initiatives to showcase our expertise
  • Collaborate with directors and engineers to align business development with delivery capability

  • Proven experience in business development within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, or construction
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for sustainable infrastructure
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deliver to deadlines
