This week it has been great working with our client UK Power Network Services, to produce feasibility reports for substations to a new Electric Vehicle charging facility in Pimlico, south-west London.
WCS has been busy analysing existing structures and organising PAS-128 utilities as well as geotechnical surveys to determine the structural feasibility of client proposals, both for the permanent substation positions and during their installation.
As electric vehicles grow in popularity so more sites will be found for charging hubs. We are enjoying helping to spearhead the move to a carbon neutral future and the roll out of newer and greener technologies across the country.
